Newly certified partners include HPT and QNet in Vietnam, as well as Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer based in Singapore. The move comes in the wake of recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), urging businesses to brace for the post-quantum era due to potential vulnerabilities in current public key cryptography. By the end of June 2026, Vietnam had issued nearly 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the magnitude of the impending cryptographic transition. This highlights the importance of preparing for the future cryptographic landscape as quantum computing capabilities expand.
Central to the training program is guidance on using Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z), a framework designed to help organizations assess quantum-related cybersecurity risks. This tool assists in determining how long sensitive data needs to be secured and how much time is required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption. By empowering certified partners to deliver training independently, SpecterAI aims to broaden regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity.
