Vietnam and Russia are poised to deepen their collaboration in human resource training and scientific research, following recent discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral ties. On October 7, Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Chairman of the Commission for Policy and Strategy of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, met with a Russian delegation in Hanoi to explore avenues for enhanced cooperation.
The talks emphasized the integration of Russia’s technological prowess with Vietnam’s development objectives, with both countries recognizing the strategic importance of human resource development. Key areas of collaboration identified include strengthening connections between educational and training institutions, fostering expert exchanges, and initiating joint research projects.
